BroadTekniks Inc., a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a  dynamic and experienced Certified Odoo Developer to join our innovative team. This role is crucial for developing and implementing Odoo applications to streamline our business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Odoo development, with a strong foundation in Python programming and a passion for technology-driven business solutions.  

Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules according to project requirements.
  • Modify existing modules and integrate third-party applications into the Odoo platform.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to identify and analyze business requirements.
  • Ensure code quality, reliability, and scalability through continuous testing, code reviews, and refactoring.
  • Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users.
  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and technologies to recommend improvements to our systems.


Qualifications:


  • Certified Odoo Developer with at least 3 years of experience in Odoo development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PostgreSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Linux/UNIX server environment and Git version control.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
